Manufacturing engineering
services include, part programming design, redesign, drafting, and process
engineering for individual parts as well as assemblies. These services are
performed utilizing two complete CAD/CAM work stations featuring Mastercam
CAM software. Hardware includes IBM computers, Hewlett Packard plotters and
Printers and a Xerox Blueprint Copier. Quotes are prepared using
a computer aided cost estimating system from Manufactures Technologies,
featuring a 36" x 36" Sonic Digitizer, large database of materials
with machining standards and process plan report generator.
